Delete your Sensei account
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, Sensei immediately removes:
- Your user record (display name, email, hashed password)
- Every learning session and every message in those sessions
- All quiz answers, grades, streak counts, and progress records
- Your track preferences and voice-mode setting
- Any custom tracks you've uploaded, including the extracted topics
- All refresh tokens so any signed-in devices are logged out
Deletion is immediate and irreversible. There is no undo and no grace period.
Note: messages you sent to Claude may be retained by Anthropic under their own retention policy. We have no control over that.
Sign in to delete
For security we need to verify it's you before deleting. Please sign in with the account you want to remove.
Can't sign in? Email erick.vanjoeff.misoles@gmail.com from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you within 7 days.
